This week, our team—led by Nam—launched an exciting new product that empowers top agents to offer a true concierge experience when preparing a home for listing.

Agents can now seamlessly draft payments to vendors directly from an active listing with just a click.

Once a draft payment is created, a text notification is sent to the client, prompting them to review the payment details.

Many top agents using Titus aim to provide a concierge-level service, managing the entire home prep process for their clients. This new feature helps them streamline that experience.
