We are just 16 days from the launch of Titus and with 11 Partner Agents onboarded and multiple active loans the rate of learning has skyrocketed.

Moving forward we will primarily be using this newsletter to share new features and improvements and this week we have two important ones.

Android app

The first is that our Android app is live in the Google Play store. Our product is a multi-player product (agent and their clients) and it really kills the experience if you are blocked from getting a CLOC just because of your phone. This was actually a blocker to getting a loan out last week and once live everything worked great with an iPhone on one side and an Android on the other.

Kudos to Nam (a proud Android user) for working tirelessly over the weekend to get this out.

Identity verification (IDV) improvement

We’ve introduced a new integration that enhances security by verifying both agent and seller identities through facial recognition. Previously, we relied on agents to manually confirm their clients’ identities. However, after launch, we identified potential vulnerabilities where bad actors could impersonate both agents and sellers to misuse funds.

In response, Evan from our team worked diligently to implement this additional layer of security, providing even greater protection for everyone.
