🏛️ Titus is coming to Atlanta

Welcome to the first Titus weekly email! We're excited to keep you updated on our progress as we work towards offering $125k Closing Lines of Credit (CLOCs) to you and your clients in Atlanta. Our goal is to build a community of top agents dedicated to maximizing the value their clients receive when selling their homes, and we’re thrilled to expand into the South.
Why are you getting this?
You’re receiving this email because you either met with me or a member of our team, or you signed up for the Titus waitlist at gotitus.com
What’s in it for you?
Our lending funds are limited, so we are selectively choosing agents to launch Titus with. Those who help us understand the Atlanta market and provide feedback on our product will be first in line for access. (we’ll also send you some Titus swag 😉)
What happened last week?
Last week, our team visited Atlanta and stayed in a lovely home in Midtown that is currently for sale. We had an incredible experience thanks to the generosity of several agents, including Jon Shapiro, Marshall Saul, Stacy Shailendra, Stephanie MacDonald, and Judith Walton-Wormull. Thank you all for your warm hospitality and for making us feel like locals. 🙏🙏
How can you help?
We’re drafting the criteria for agents to move off the waitlist, and we’d love your input. Since we’re not yet familiar with the nuances of the Atlanta market, your feedback is invaluable. Here are the proposed criteria:
Transactions: 10+ listing sales in the past 12 months
List>Close ratio: Above average list to close for zip codes (as close to 100% as possible)
Days on market: Above average DOM for zip codes
Average price point: Average price point $400K - $3M
License history: No disciplinary sanctions
Just respond to this email with your thoughts.
Excited to be on this journey with you all.

Thanks!
Nick
P.S. Need a refresher on Titus? Titus helps agents and home sellers get the tools and capital they need to maximize the value of their home sales. We offer up to $125k in capital to fix up homes, with no credit check, no ongoing interest payments, and nothing due until closing.
