Getting paid with Titus just got easier đź’°đź’°

“Did I get paid?”

It’s the number one question I get texted, called, and emailed about from customers across Georgia and Florida. We’ve created a new way for home sellers to pay for home improvement before selling but because it’s new

And it makes sense. Titus is quickly becoming a go-to payment method, accounting for one-third of transactions in some areas, with an average payment of ~$4,000. When $4,000 is on the line, you want to be sure it’s on its way.

Businesses that work around real estate transactions are also subject to time pressure. Everyone wants work done immediately and businesses need to know they’ve been paid to start work.

That’s why we’ve been working hard to make the payment experience for businesses even smoother. Today, I’m excited to announce two new features designed to give you more control and clarity:

1. Client tracking

When you log into Titus as a business, you’ll see a new “Client” dashboard.

Here’s how it works:

When a client clicks your Titus link and completes an application, they’ll automatically show up in this dashboard. From there, you can view their payment history and check the status of any payments in progress:

This new feature eliminates the guesswork around whether a client plans to use Titus for payment, giving you peace of mind and more transparency.

2. Direct payment request

Once your client has a Titus account, you can now request a specific payment amount directly from them—whether it’s an initial payment or follow-up payments.

Here’s how it works:

• Simply input the payment amount and send the request.

• Your client will receive a text notification to quickly accept or decline the payment.

It’s as easy as that!
