Titus is now enabling home sellers to pay for prep at close across Georgia, Florida, North Carolina, South Carolina, Virginia, Tennessee, Alabama, Texas, and, as of this week, Colorado!
Across every state, do you know what the biggest feature request is?
Can agents pay for home staging out of their commission?
It makes sense. In some markets, agents pay for staging 30-50% of the time. It helps agents win competitive listings and offer a white-glove experience.
But, coming out of pocket for staging can be costly - especially when an agent has multiple listings.
So we’re building a new product to solve this problem.
